London Job Description: Our client, a leading global infrastructure consultancy, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Higher Education team in London. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on some of the most innovative and impactful educational facility projects in the world. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership:

Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of higher education projects, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations in terms of quality, budget, and schedule. Stakeholder Management:

Engage with multiple stakeholders, including academic institutions, funding bodies, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and satisfaction throughout the project life-cycle. Risk Management:

Implement best practices to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, ensuring the safety, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of projects. Contract Administration:

Manage and administer contracts, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions, and addressing any contractual issues that may arise. Design Coordination:

Work closely with design teams to ensure that all projects are flexible, future-ready, and adhere to the highest standards of sustainability and functionality. Cost Management:

Provide cost certainty by developing and maintaining budgets, conducting cost analysis, and managing project financials. Quality Assurance:

Ensure that all projects meet rigorous quality standards, from the initial design phase through to completion and handover. Qualifications: Experience:

A minimum of 4 years of experience in construction consultancy, with a proven track record in delivering higher education projects. Expertise:

Strong understanding of contract administration and experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Project Management Skills:

Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver them to a high standard. Why Join Our Client?
