BASIC SALARY:

Up to £50,000

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Project Manager, Project Engineer - M&E Capital Equipment, Industrial

This Project Manager role is a senior, customer facing project management role - handling projects from single units to full turn-key lines of packaging equipment - predominantly to the food and pharmaceutical manufacturing sectors.

Taking on projects after a thorough handover from the sales team, you'll take ownership until installation, commissioning, validation and beyond. Projects will include visiting customer sites initially for an engineering clarification on project requirements and identifying any potential bottlenecks, plus running logistics and support as the hub between external and internal stakeholders (including principals across Europe and sales and engineering departments).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project management of several projects of varying lengths, value and complexity Regular visits to clients across the UK throughout project life cycles Ownership of project budgets and milestones

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

MUST

have a proven track record of project management of £100k+ capital equipment or industrial machinery equipment projects - specifically related to process or packaging machinery to the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, pet, or chemical sectors. You will also most probably have an engineering qualification.

THE COMPANY: We're a UK based distributor / value added systems integrator providing sales and service of packaging and processing machines into the food, beverage, pet, chemical, personal care, home care and automotive industries. We're also growing and need an additional Project Manager to take on these key projects.
