Our client, a prominent player in the water industry, is currently seeking an experienced M&E Project Manager to join their dynamic team in North Wales. This permanent position involves overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects under various Framework Agreements, with a strong emphasis on mechanical and electrical engineering in clean water and wastewater projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing the full lifecycle delivery of water and wastewater projects, including design, construction, and commissioning phases Ensuring timely and cost-efficient project delivery while maintaining high standards of safety and quality Fostering effective communication and collaboration with client representatives, internal teams, and external stakeholders Developing and monitoring detailed project plans to identify and mitigate risks proactively Maintaining open and transparent communication with clients to align expectations and ensure satisfaction Leading, motivating, and supporting project teams and subcontractors to maximise productivity and innovation Upholding and advocating the highest safety standards and policies throughout all project activities Managing the commercial aspects of projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement

Job Requirements:

Significant experience delivering clean and wastewater projects Relevant industry qualifications such as HNC, Degree, or NVQ Level 4 in Site Supervision Possession of CSCS, ECS, or SKILLcard certification Certification in SMSTS and First Aid at Work In-depth technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, and water/wastewater operations Proficiency in project management software and IT systems Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Committed to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance
