Are you an experienced façade specialist looking for your next challenge? We have a great opportunity for you to join a professional consultancy where you will become part of a highly successful team.
You will have an extensive knowledge of façade systems and be comfortable examining in detail the make-up of external wall / façade construction.
We are looking for an individual who has an ability to cross check construction and live construction works, review design, engineering and construction documentation, provide construction oversight inspections, undertake contractor technical audits, tender reviews, RFIs, due diligence reviews and more.
You will have an understanding of the relevant Building Regulations and statutory limitations, specifically as they relate to fire safety related matters and construction good practice.
In this role you will be responsible for producing high quality documents including routine letters, correspondence, and / or reports and other documents.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in building / engineering, or a related field and / or be a member or associate member of a relevant professional organisation. You should have at least 5+ years of relevant industry experience in consultancy and / or an engineering firm and at least 3 years’ aggregate experience in a role which has required the need to examine in detail the make-up of external wall / façade construction and / or a role that has required the need to inspect, sign off and evidence the construction of façade systems.
