Job Summary SPEC Engineering are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage

multiple tasks simultaneously. This role requires a proactive approach to requirements gathering, cost control, and effective communication with team members and stakeholders. Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 is essential. Responsibilities Manage the EPC contract in a manner that achieves quality installation meeting performance parameters set out in the scope of work within the cost and schedule targets in the EPC contract. Achieve Project KPIs Control Schedule and Cost for assigned Projects Manage Cost and Change Management Serve as primary interface with Client Take necessary corrective action to align project back on track in case of deviations from plans (cost, schedule, quality, HSE, performance, operability, maintainability, etc.). Requirements A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (or eqv) from an accredited university with minimum fifteen years (15) Project Management experience in Oil and Gas EPCC Projects Experience in large-scale Oil, Gas and Petrochemical Projects (preferably at least one Refinery Project) Has clearly demonstrated engineering and project management competence Ability to work in multicultural environment Demonstrated interpersonal/team building skills Proficient in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 Strong written and Oral English Communication Company

Expectations Serve as "Project Owner" for assigned projects with overall responsibility to deliver project on time and within the allotted budget Manage client on daily basis and serve as focal point for project related communications Coordinate with Engineering Department to Ensure timely submission of deliverables Manage Project Team (Project Controls, Project Engineer etc.) Willingness to Regularly Travel to Project Site If you are passionate about leading projects to success and possess the required skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
