Salary circa £56,000 + benefits As a key player, youll manage every aspect of project execution, holding teams accountable to change management methodologies and critical milestones. Youll also work closely with the Portfolio Manager to enhance the charitys change management framework, fostering a culture of best practice and efficiency across all delivery teams. Your roleWere looking for a driven Project Manager to lead and deliver multiple change projects, from concept to completion, while balancing competing priorities and stakeholder expectations. Youll define delivery strategies for each project stage, ensure adherence to change management frameworks, and collaborate with senior leadership to build cost-benefit analyses and track real results post-implementation.In this role, youll develop comprehensive project plans, manage risks, allocate resources, and keep key stakeholders informed. Youll also ensure smooth governance, tackle budget challenges, and maintain change control protocols, all while fostering collaboration across teams for successful integration.Youll have the ability to manage complex dependencies, and expertly manage third-party partners.
