Project Manager (Process Change) | Up to £59k | Hybrid - London We are currently partnering with a university on an exclusive basis who have identified a PM resource requirement (immediate start), to support the university with the delivery of a high-priority timebound project - the delivery of Semesters, from a traditional academic terms-based structure in order to give students flexible access to their learning. The university has already identified all the technical changes and workstreams and has a PM on board for the delivery of that. They require an additional PM to support all the organisational and process changes that also need to be delivered before September 2025. The project is already in flight and has approval. It is a high-profile programme, the project team reports directly to the Vice Chancellor and COO so there is lots of opportunity for someone to come in and imprint their mark. 30 days of annual leave allowance (+bank holidays and university closures), discounted university courses, and 18.5% Pension scheme Desirable Skillsets: Experience on HE policies, regulatory reporting, and process change projects As a project manager, you would be reporting to the Programme Manager, working closely with a technical PM, SMEs, Academic teams, and overseeing workstreams related to: Regulation & Policy People and process change Academic Services Student Services Student Experience Communications Strategy and Plan Additionally, the university is going through an exciting change and delivering a well-defined implementation of a new Student Management System. So beyond the initial 12 months FTC, there is scope for someone to be seconded onto that project. Target Start Date:
