Project Manager

to join our team. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful and compliant execution of contracts, upholding exceptional standards in health and safety, customer satisfaction, and operational performance. In this role, you will lead project teams, nurture client relationships, and drive the achievement of all operational objectives. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of project delivery, from initial planning to final handover. Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. Effectively oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams. Identify and address risks, ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Maintain clear and productive communication with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to align with project goals. About the Project This high-value infrastructure improvement scheme includes: Concrete Works:

Replacement of concrete slabs in covered and uncovered waste transfer station areas, including external yards. Drainage Systems:

Repairs and refurbishments to drainage systems, with a focus on managing fire water runoff. Fire Safety Installations:

Installation of fire detection and suppression systems, including tanks, pumps, sprinklers, and interlocking concrete block walls for waste pile segregation. Structural Refurbishments:

Comprehensive refurbishment of waste transfer station shed structures, including push walls, cladding, roofing, steelwork, and corrosion protection.
