Based in West London, with regular site visits in and around London, you will oversee refurbishment and fit out projects across the London area from £100k up to £1m in value. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. role, as part of their exciting growth plans. What We’re Looking For 5+ years' experience

as a Project Manager in fit-out/refurbishment. Proven track record managing multiple projects, valued between £50k - £1M. Strong practical knowledge across all construction disciplines. Comprehensive understanding of building contracts. A driven and ambitious individual with excellent leadership skills. Key Responsibilities Project Management: Ensure seamless delivery of projects, meeting deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations. Site Oversight: Regularly visit sites to monitor progress, ensure Health & Safety compliance, and support the Site Management team. Programme and Forecast Preparation: Develop project programmes and cash flow forecasts. Commercial Management: Manage budgets, variations, valuations, and client accounts to meet financial targets. Administration: Maintain project documentation on SharePoint and prepare Operation & Maintenance manuals when required. Health & Safety Planning: Ensure projects adhere to safety regulations. Client Relationships: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders. Team Leadership: Motivate and guide site teams to achieve project goals. About You Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and collaborative approach. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders. Commercially astute, results-driven, and skilled in problem-solving. Confidence to lead and influence others.
