The Project Manager role requires an individual with an exceptional knack for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. They have an impressive portfolio of construction projects in London ranging from residential new build to commercial and hotels. Description Project Manager - Commercial & Residential We are seeking a Project Manager for a consultancy firm based in Central London. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering a diverse range of projects, spanning both commercial and residential sectors. You will be responsible for working closely with the client/developer taking the brief and advising on all stages of development (feasibility, design, tender and delivery). The client provides support to obtain chartership. About the Role: Actively Participate in the following stages of the development lifecycle: Appoint and manage consultant teams Oversee design development and ensure compliance with project briefs and budgets Navigate the planning process, secure planning consent and manage any appeals Lead the tendering process and appoint suitable main contractors Administer construction contracts and ensure effective site delivery Profile A successful Project Manager should have: Project Planning and Execution:

Developed comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure efficient and timely project delivery. Stakeholder Management:

Built and maintained relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams to foster effective collaboration and communication. Risk Management:

Identified and mitigated potential risks minimising project disruptions and cost overruns. Quality Assurance:

Enforced strict quality standards and implement robust quality control measures. Financial Management:

Monitored project budgets, tracked expenses, and ensured financial targets have been met. Previous experience as a Project Manager in a Consultancy firm Proven track record in project management within the commercial and residential sectors.
