Our client is looking for a hands-on Project Manager. Someone used to dealing on-site with fabricators. You will be client-facing and able to deal with all things on-site first hand. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the studio, looking after clients and the logistics of exciting projects from initial briefing through installation. You will work closely with the Projects Team, New Business Team, Creative Director, and Managing Director. We are seeking a confident self-starter who is eager to manage projects with a team of Artists and on-site with clients and suppliers. Main Responsibilities:

Deliver projects within agreed budget and deadlines. Write SOWs and Change Orders. Play a supporting role to Senior Project Managers on larger projects. Create costing documents for clients including estimates, quotes, and fee agreements. Manage time spent on projects and avoid overburn. Manage multiple projects with a range of budgets. Work closely with suppliers to negotiate and agree on prices. Update the Head of Projects on all budget-related issues. Keep the Project Management Team informed on key deliverables and progress. Resource projects and update as projects progress. Raise POs for suppliers and ensure production margins are met. Work closely with Creatives to advise on project execution. Source materials, products, and props for projects. Coordinate site visits and communicate information to the team. Oversee installations on-site. Qualification Required Skills:

Proven experience delivering projects in the design industry. Confident in handling accounts and dealing directly with clients and suppliers. Prior project management experience. Experience in site management and measuring up. Experience working with large production budgets. Excellent organisational skills. Fantastic written and verbal communication skills. A passion for quality and improvement. Good knowledge of InDesign and CAD software. About Us:
