Description
As a Project Manager within the Delivery, Technology & Operations (DTO) function, you will play a pivotal role in leading end-to-end client onboarding projects, aligning internal functions, managing clients and stakeholders, and ensuring seamless project delivery into production. In addition to external-facing projects, you will have the opportunity to lead internal initiatives, contributing to Reward’s operational excellence. This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong organisational skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management: Manage complex, customer-facing projects from initiation to completion. Oversee programme and resource planning to ensure timely and efficient delivery. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders to define deliverables, outputs, timelines, quality, and cost criteria. Develop and maintain regular communication structures to keep all parties informed of progress. Governance & Risk Management: Organise and lead steering groups and governance forums. Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and team conflicts. Ensure all changes in scope are managed through appropriate change control processes. Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to technology quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure business areas are prepared and resourced for the implementation of changes. Team Leadership: Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to project teams. Encourage knowledge sharing across teams to enhance collective expertise. Workshop Facilitation: Lead workshops and training sessions, both in person and via MS Teams.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
Extensive experience in programme/project management within financial services. Proven ability to shape programmes and projects from inception to completion. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage conflicting demands. Advanced attention to detail, especially when developing plans and estimates. Demonstrated ability to identify, manage, and mitigate risks and resolve conflicts. Proven track record of managing scope changes and maintaining project value for both Reward and the customer. Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
