We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join our business operations team and be responsible for the lifecycle of projects from project kickoff to commercial launch, including planning, execution, and testing. 27th January 2025 at 11.59pm UK time. Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

Responsible for the lifecycle of a project from project kickoff to commercial launch, including planning, execution, and testing. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. Work with external and internal stakeholders to define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Create project plans and timelines, monitor progress, and identify critical milestones and dependencies. Maintain a consistent approach to oversight and performance reporting of projects. Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate or eliminate them using RAIDS. Track and oversee the delivery of Change Requests (CRs). Ensure that the project meets or exceeds quality standards by developing quality control plans and monitoring project deliverables. Communicate project progress, issues, and risks to internal and external stakeholders. Support the team in identifying & documenting project processes and outputs. Provide regular performance reports on live projects to senior management. Work closely with colleagues across teams to ensure robust project management principles are embedded in key processes. Monitor and analyze project metrics to identify weaknesses or problems and propose operational improvements or cost savings for future projects. You Will Have The Following Strengths:

Recognized project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, PMP, AMP, etc.). Typically 3 years proven project management experience. Strong project management skills with experience leading and managing large, complex projects. Knowledge and application of various project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum approaches. Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Excellent planning and organizational skills to manage work effectively. Strong self-management skills, with the ability to work independently and remain flexible. Confident decision-making skills for both strategic and operational scenarios. Self-starter with a strong background in project planning. Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts. Previous experience in OTT a plus. Benefits:
