Project Manager Permanent South East London Eltham Salary DOE + excellent benefits The Client Our client, a skilled interdisciplinary team, offers a comprehensive range of construction consultancy services across various sectors: housing, education, health, care, blue light, commercial, and regeneration and mixed use. They are an industry leader specializing in analyzing defects and creating efficient, effective recovery plans for any property type, including listed buildings. We have a great opportunity for a Project Manager to join our multidisciplinary team in Eltham. You will work on a wide range of construction projects, including housing, regeneration, education, commercial, care, and health sectors. This role has additional responsibilities as a Project Team Leader. Experience in the construction industry is essential. The role involves working within our cost consultancy, project management, and employer's agent group. You will be part of a multi-skilled team alongside internal and external partners, executing project work and assisting in training and mentoring colleagues. The Role Client liaison, including presentation of schemes, project programming, and other matters affecting delivery of service. Act as the Contract Administrator or Employer's Agent on a wide range of building types, utilizing all standard forms of construction. Appoint Professional Team and manage their performance. Visit sites, carry out, and issue inspection reports. Prepare and present initial appraisal and feasibility reports. Prepare and present outline design proposals, including preparation of budget estimate costs. Prepare full working drawings. Contract administration. Manage tenders. Lead the Project Team. Requirements BSc (Hons) degree or similar in Quantity Surveying/Project Management with relevant working experience. Associate membership of RICS or equivalent recognized qualification. Construction Project Management experience is essential. Consultancy experience is preferred. Rewards Scottish Windows pension and salary sacrifice (4.5% contribution matched).
