Own Every Project Phase : Engage from pre-sale to post-commissioning, delivering high-value outcomes. Be the Communication Bridge : Collaborate across departments—Sales, Engineering, Operations, and R&D—to align on goals and keep the customer informed at every step. Define & Deliver : Create SOWs, Gantt charts, and project plans that set the course for success, handling both SW/HW deliverables. Coordinate & Oversee : Manage third-party contractors, installations, and testing while tracking project KPIs to guarantee satisfaction. Problem-Solve & Support : Address challenges, create mitigation plans, and ensure that project milestones stay on target. What You Bring
3+ Years of PM Excellence : Proven success managing cross-functional, technical projects in
construction. You have experience reading
blueprints
and have
general knowledge about plumbing and mechanical systems in a building. Start-Up Environment:
You are excited about being part of a small ever-changing environment. Process-Driven : Solid experience in project management methods, timeline/resource planning, and operational processes. Self-driven and Autonomous:
You like to lead and drive innovation. Qualifications : BSc in Industrial, Water, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred. Excellent English, both written and spoken, is required. Ready to Make a Big Impact in a Growing Team?
