What You ll Be Doing: As a Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind the successful delivery of Social Housing Planned Works, including external works and External Wall Insulation (EWI). Your responsibilities will include: Strategic Oversight:
Planning and managing project timelines to ensure on-time delivery. Quality Assurance:
Upholding high-quality standards throughout all project phases. Compliance & Safety:
Ensuring strict adherence to Health and Safety regulations. Project Handover:
Overseeing a smooth handover process and providing post-handover support. Resource Management:
Allocating and managing resources effectively to achieve project goals. Team Leadership:
Facilitating clear communication and defining team roles to foster collaboration. What We re Looking For: We re seeking a skilled professional with the expertise to lead and deliver complex projects successfully. The ideal candidate will have: Experience:
Proven background with a main contractor on similar projects, particularly in Social Housing Planned Works and Major Refurbishments, including EWI and External Works. Leadership Skills:
Strong capabilities in team leadership and resource management. Qualifications:
CSCS Black Card NVQ Level 6: Construction SMSTS MCIOB (Desirable)
