Project Manager
Project Manager focuses on managing all mep packages from installation through to practical completion.
What the role involves
- Managing all MEP packages from installation through to practical completion.
- Manage mechanical and electrical subcontractors Onsite.
- Monitoring progress against programme and identify potential delays or risks.
- Ensure all installations comply with specifications and client requirements.
- Carry out regular quality inspections.
- Leading QA processes, inspections and snagging activities.
Skills and requirements
- Previous experience as an MEP Manager, Building Services Manager or Senior MEP Project Manager.
- Strong residential project experience on large scale developments.
- Excellent understanding of mechanical and electrical building services.
- Proven track record managing MEP packages through delivery and commissioning.
