Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact, nurturing strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project. Risk and Budget Management: Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies while maintaining strict cost controls. Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to health, safety, and industry regulations. Qualifications and Experience: Significant experience as a project manager with a Tier 1 contractor. Longevity in similar roles is essential. Proven success in pitching and securing projects valued between £5-20 million. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire teams and build lasting client relationships. Comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, and industry regulations. Relevant certifications such as SMSTS and CSCS.
