About this team The EMEA Technology team is the local support team for the Region, covering Retail, Corporate, and DC locations. We manage and help develop technologies for the benefit of our educators, guests, and business partners. A day in the life: As a member of the EMEA Technology team, you are empathetic, solution-oriented, and value teamwork. The Project Manager works closely with the EMEA Technology Manager, business stakeholders, and required technology teams to plan and develop the project scope. Projects will be initiated within the EMEA market or in partnership with global technology teams to deliver or upgrade their products in the EMEA market. You will be organized, curious, and a strong facilitator, understanding the importance of communication and partner enrollment to succeed in your role. Managing risks and dependencies daily will be key to ensuring projects are reported on and delivered with maximum value against the agreed timelines. Utilizing various methodologies, frameworks, and an Agile mindset will optimize project delivery. Key Responsibilities & Duties: Manage the delivery of retail and corporate projects from planning to deployment, with clear goals and objectives. Ensure the scope and objectives of a project are understood, documented, measurable, assigned, and tracked. Actively manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk to ensure successful project delivery. Provide project updates via status, health, and risk reports and contribute to cyclical team reporting. Develop relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple time zones to ensure solutions meet business objectives. Leverage Project Management methodologies and an Agile mindset to support overall delivery. Engage in and communicate ideas for supporting the continuous improvement process. Apply logical discretion on when to involve senior team members in difficult stakeholder issues. Establish future projects with Technology partners to influence the Annual Operating Plan. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Technology within Retail. Proven track record of delivering multiple projects of various sizes and technologies. Managed budget of 1-2 projects, inter-functional dependencies, single region impact,

PRINCE2 or similar certification would be a benefit. Ability to function in a fast-paced, multi-program environment with changing priorities. Good leadership skills, including the ability to influence and gain consensus. Accomplished team player with experience in guiding others. Experience working in a global team with multiple hubs is a plus. Must haves: Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates. Communicates with honesty and kindness.
