Project Manager focuses on managing mechanical projects from design through installation to final handover.

What the role involves

• Managing mechanical projects from design through installation to final handover.
• Take responsibility for laboratory, commercial, and industrial mechanical installations.
• Overseeing the mechanical delivery of a £16m shell & core.
• Fit‑out project at Canary Wharf then moving onto further projects.
• Coordinating effectively with the Mechanical Director and Electrical Project Manager.
• Ensure all works comply with building regulations, industry standards, and client specifications.

Skills and requirements

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager or Mechanical Contracts Manager.
• Experience on shell & core and fit‑out projects, ideally high‑value schemes.
• Public‑sector project experience (education, healthcare, laboratories, or MOD preferred).

Confirmed role details

• Salary circa £75,000.
