Project Manager Located – Maidenhead Work Environment – Hybrid (In-office 3 days, Tuesday to Thursday) Salary – Up to £60,000 Job Overview Need to possess experience working in a project management environment, including but not limited to costing, scoping, estimations, developing project plans, monitoring project performance, and risk assessment. Our client is seeking an experienced project management professional to partner with their customers to manage the implementation of systems in their business. Monitoring projects from initial proposals through scoping and estimations, ongoing management of project delivery, you will be part of their digital transformation. As a part of the wider professional services team, you will be responsible for helping customers to realise the products through effective, streamlined, and best-practice business processes. Responsibilities Use disciplined project management methodology and tools with a high level of discretion to implement and configure increasingly larger and more complex products to solve customer business needs. Project budget management including forecasting revenue and billing. Scoping and estimation of effort required for small and medium implementation projects. Developing detailed project plans to guide clients, staff members, and project teams. Project plans are living documents that the Project Manager will continually revise based on changing needs and requirements. Identifying and assigning project tasks based on the skill sets, experience, and strengths of staff members. Monitoring project performance to ensure timely delivery. Working effectively with relevant stakeholders for efficient project implementation. Developing excellent leadership, customer relations, and communication skills to liaise effectively with all project stakeholders. Provide excellent high-touch customer service, building strong relationships and ensuring that each customer is a reference. Understand from a high level, the technical aspects of the organisation, including application architecture and infrastructure. Prepare and provide project status and risk assessments to their manager with appropriate levels of detail to ensure that implementations stay on schedule. Required Skills Project management experience exhibited by working independently on projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of SQL. Highly motivated self-starter with a desire to solve problems and help others. Strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to independently work as a contributing member in a high-paced and focused team. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure. Ability to share ideas and influence decisions. Collaborative in nature with a strong desire to dig in and learn independently as well as through asking questions.
