London, Surrey Further to the start of a new project, our client has instructed us to recruit an experienced project manager to run the external project on a £45M development near Epsom. The project consists of 1-3 bedroom apartments and also features a nursing home. The project is starting in July and will initially focus on the external envelope as the build is an RC Frame that features a Nudura perimeter wall, which will be finished either by render or brickwork. The apartments will all have a high specification, and they are looking for someone who has come from a main contractor background. Requirements: Experience on either care home, student accommodation, hotel, highrise, or hospital projects SMSTS Experience working on the external envelope A working knowledge of Nudura install would be advantageous Experience working for a main contractor To apply, please forward your CV through this advert.
