Maidstone, Kent A leading Main Contractor that has been operating for over 90 years is currently looking for a Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis. The company has a great reputation in the industry for delivering high-quality projects across various sectors including residential, education, healthcare, conservation, leisure, and commercial, encompassing new build and refurbishment projects up to £15m. They are looking for a Project Manager to work on projects in the education sector. The initial project is a £14m RC frame, new build hall and music block, with high-end joinery finishes. The company has several other similar projects in the pipeline and is therefore looking for a Project Manager with a proven track record overseeing projects like this one.
