Project Manager (Agile, DevOps, Telecom)
My client are experiencing a surge in exciting projects, and as a result are expanding their team. They arelooking to bring on aProject Manager to help manage the growing workload and support the project delivery. They are a challenger within their market and are successfully competing with many household names and being recognised by industry awards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination:Work closely with theProgramme Manager,Agile teams, andteam leadsto review progress on current projects, identify blockers, and ensure timelines are met.
- Agile Methodologies:Manage projects usingAgilemethodologies, collaborating withdevelopment, operations, and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment with sprint goals and project objectives.
- DevOps Support:Oversee and coordinate the use ofDevOpstools and practices, working with the team to streamline development, testing, and deployment workflows.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Agile Teams:Proven experience managing projects usingAgilemethodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
- Familiarity with Software Teams:Solid understanding of software development processes and the ability to work closely withdevelopmentandsoftware teams.
- DevOps Knowledge:Experience working inDevOpsenvironments, understanding the integration of development and operations, and supporting teams with tools and workflows.
