A leading Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) services company based in Ipswich is seeking an experienced and dynamic
Mechanical or Electrical Project Manager
to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering high-profile projects while enjoying the rewards and stability of a permanent position. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee mechanical or electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget. Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure seamless project execution. Provide leadership to project teams, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to secure resources and manage procurement. Regularly travel to London (once or twice a week) to oversee ongoing projects and client relationships. Monitor project performance and proactively address any challenges. The Ideal Candidate Proven experience in managing mechanical or electrical projects within the construction or building services sector. Experience with MOD (Ministry of Defence) or MOJ (Ministry of Justice) projects is highly advantageous but not essential. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and build client relationships. Excellent organisational abilities, with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.
