Manage and deliver multidisciplinary infrastructure projects from inception to completion. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget. Maintain regular communication with clients, including overseas visits every 2-3 months. Identify and mitigate project risks while exploring commercial opportunities. Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics. Support the development of proposals and tenders, demonstrating a strong understanding of client needs. Drive innovation and value engineering to optimize project outcomes. About You:
Experience:
5+ years in the Civil Engineering industry, with exposure to infrastructure projects. Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with clients and stakeholders effectively. Commercial Acumen:
Experience in managing budgets, contracts, or tender processes is highly desirable. Mindset:
A problem-solver with a proactive, detail-oriented approach to project delivery. Flexibility:
