The Project Manager Role: Leading and managing projects within the IT infrastructure (Hardware) sector. Managing and leading Engineering projects with main customers and internal stakeholders. Ensuring products are launched on time, and to the correct design and quality standard. Process development for existing project management processes. Managing the project costs against budget. The Successful Project Manager: A proven track record of project management within an Engineering environment. Engineering and Manufacturing processes knowledge/understanding. Leading cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills. Confident in leading meetings and team events internally and with customers. Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent.
