Project Manager - Plymouth An exciting opportunity awaits to join a respected regional contractor as a Project Manager on a permanent basis. Situated in Plymouth, this role encompasses overseeing a variety of projects across the region. The projects span refurbishments, commercial new builds, and extensions in sectors such as Healthcare, Education, MOD, and Industrial.

Responsibilities:

Assist with site planning, design and construction programme and oversee the project Coordinate work of subcontractors Establish timelines, calculate labor and material costs Generate and issue regular internal and external project reporting Progress report and any necessary modifications of plans Liaise and chair meetings with site staff and clients Ensure the project is completed on time, within scope and budget Implement and ensure H&S for site staff, visitors and the public are strictly adhered to Requirements:
