What the role involves

• Ensure AI delivers sustainable value — today and in the future.
• Driving the company‑wide adoption of AI tools, with a strong focus on Microsoft Copilot and other generative AI solutions, ensuring measurable business impact.
• Advise, and equip them to accelerate AI adoption within their organizations.
• Develop and execute communication initiatives that foster curiosity, excitement and responsible use of AI across the organization.
• Over time, contribute to additional global strategic People & Transformation topics, depending on priorities and organizational needs.

Skills and requirements

• Operates with a high degree of autonomy and serves as a global advisor, facilitator and operational lead for accelerating AI across the organization.
• Completed university degree (Master or comparable) in a relevant business, organizational, or technology‑related discipline.
• Several years of relevant professional experience in transformation and change management, ideally gained in consulting or comparable advisory environments.
• Hands‑on experience in digital and/or AI‑driven initiatives, particularly in transformation or enablement contexts, is considered a strong advantage.
