As Project Manager, you will work closely with in-house Artists and external factories to track the critical path to produce amazing products. Duties & Responsibilities of the Project Manager: Assisting one or more Account Managers in the planning and implementation of projects from business development to managing orders through delivery, on time and to spec. Careful management of the customer will be required to make sure that they understand our timings and that they provide their deliverables on time to meet the required deadlines. Engaging with our largest customers on a day-to-day basis, keeping them informed on progress and briefing internal departments with their requirements. Managing timelines and tracking and reporting on project progress throughout the supply chain to ensure on-time delivery. This will include our factories in China, our office in Hong Kong, our UK warehouses and global food suppliers and retailers worldwide. Liaising with the logistics and warehousing teams, providing them with timely, accurate information that enables them to make the right purchases and the right arrangements from suppliers around the world using our internal systems and processes. Liaising with the Planning department to ensure packing is to spec and on time. Liaising with the Technical department to ensure compliance of the products, fills, labelling and languages. Liaising with our full-time in-house Design studio briefing them clearly on artwork requirements as well as managing customer feedback with them. Excellent administrative skills will be needed to create presentations, process orders, accurately complete packing specifications, manage detailed and complicated paperwork, set up, prepare and attend customer meetings and take detailed notes. Knowledge & Experience for the Project Manager: A relevant degree or qualification. An excellent customer manner and be extremely comfortable dealing with people. Fully proficient with the full Microsoft suite of products. Full driving license and own means of transport.
