Project Manager (Pre-Construction)
£45,000 - £55,000 + Hybrid + Flexible Hours + Company Bonus + Progression + Training + Company Benefits
Milton Keynes Are you a Project Manager with Pre-Construction experience looking for a role providing the autonomy to oversee dynamic projects from pre-construction phase through to completion within a well-established consultancy who pride themselves on ongoing development of staff offering progression right through to directorship? This well-established consultancy works in numerous sectors, primarily retail, and has a presence across the UK with several offices nationwide. They have continually grown in recent years to a point they now have a turnover of over £12m and are looking to grow the team at their Milton Keynes office to keep up with an ever-increasing workload.
In this varied role, you will be responsible for seeing projects from inception through to completion, primarily within the retail sector (70%). You will play a key role in the pre-construction phase and then also be responsible for liaising with clients, other departments, and key stakeholders. This is a hybrid role with some site visitation nationwide and occasional overnight stays.
This varied role would suit a Project Manager or similar from a Pre-Construction background looking for an autonomous role working on a range of projects within a leading company who offer flexible working and a bonus to increase your earnings.
