Salary: £37,500 per annum Location: Glasgow Contract Type: 18 month contract, Monday-Friday 35 hours per week. About the Role: The Project Manager will develop relationships across the business to ensure that purchases are aligned to need. This role is based at our Glasgow central support office, with travel expected across 9 local authorities in the Central Belt in Scotland. Main Responsibilities: Overall management of the Project including scope of works and other project implementation documents. Conduct market research of the property market which will include market trends, property valuations, refurbishment needs etc. across various geographic locations. Oversee the project implementation team (matrix management), chairing regular meetings and providing regular highlight reports and performance information to the group. Highlighting Risk and Issues, determining mitigation plans where necessary. Participation at Steering Committee, preparing papers and reports for Senior Management and Board.
