Job Description:
We are working on an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join the team at a leading financial services firm. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and managing multiple regulatory remediation projects from inception through to delivery.
Skills/Experience: Experience working in a Change Delivery within Financial Services Experience of Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies. Experience of working with outsourced service providers. Prince 2 or equivalent Project planning experience Resource, change and budget management experience. Excellent influencing & negotiation skills.
Core Responsibilities: Managing projects within the agreed budget, applying the defined change management processes when required. Formulating and updating project plans and maintaining schedules Creation and maintenance of RAID logs. Reviewing and monitoring progress against project plans to ensure outputs are delivered to time, budget and quality specifications. Managing risks, issues and resources to ensure milestone dates are achieved. Estimating project costs as required. Reporting project progress in line with stated policies and procedures. Regular communication with stakeholders Establishing teams, to ensure the efficient delivery of projects (such teams to be either real or virtual). Setting project objectives and working within a matrix management environment.
