We are currently looking for a Risk and Controls Project Manager

from consulting, investment banking or financial services backgrounds to join our team. While the scope of each project may be different, your duties & responsibilities may include: Drive initiatives supporting the Enterprise-wide MCA transformation program, ensuring compliance with RCA and MCA Standards within Equities. Engage with stakeholders across all three lines of defense, collaborating with the Equities Risk and Control team. Partner with global teams to deploy new MCA for Equities, focusing on conduct, operational, and emerging risks. Identify control deficiencies and remediation opportunities with the Equities Risk and Control team. Support roll-out of operational risks and non-financial risk appetite framework; define glide paths for out-of-appetite material risks. Embed a strong governance structure for activities impacting client legal entities. Collaborate with Markets Central Risk & Control teams, Compliance, Internal Audit, and other control functions to enhance controls. Drive continuous improvements in MCA control design, assessment, monitoring, and reporting. Ensure MCA content adoption across businesses/functions. Develop and implement a strong risk assessment and governance approach. Leverage knowledge of Equities to enhance risk management and controls. Use transformation/change management/PMO experience in Capital Markets Risk initiatives to address regulatory, audit, and control challenges. Influence and build relationships across Global Markets stakeholders (e.g., trading desks, finance, operations, technology). Engage senior stakeholders to escalate and resolve issues promptly. Produce clear and insightful project updates for various forums and committees. Qualifications

10+ years of relevant industry experience. Expertise in Risk and Control management, with a strong focus on Risk Management and Supervisory Frameworks. Experience in regulatory remediation (e.g., MRA, MRIA, Consent Order). Strong knowledge of key Tier One regulations (e.g., SMCR, MIFID II, EMIR). Proven track record in strategic project management and delivering complex solutions. Extensive experience in Equities Transformation. Background working in large-scale, complex organizations. Experience in scoping, developing, and prioritizing strategic initiatives. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders. Strong understanding of performance tracking and reporting mechanisms. Ability to drive change across a global organization with an understanding of diverse perspectives.
