the role: Lead the planning and execution of various projects concurrently, ensuring their successful completion within defined timelines and financial parameters. Create and manage detailed project plans, encompassing project scope, objectives, deliverables, and schedules, while proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across AVASK to allocate resources, define project tasks, and ensure prompt achievement of project milestones. Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, while proactively identifying and addressing any impediments to project success. Monitor and track project progress, promptly identifying and resolving any deviations from the planned course of action. Conduct regular project meetings, keeping stakeholders informed, gathering feedback, and ensuring alignment on project objectives and expectations. Assume responsibility for managing project budgets, encompassing expense tracking, cost forecasting, and optimisation of financial resources allocation. Identify opportunities for process enhancement and implement best practices to optimise project management methodologies within the organisation. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, ensuring clear understanding of roles and responsibilities among team members throughout the project lifecycle. Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs, requirements, and expectations are consistently met throughout the project duration. Oversee the implementation of project management tools and systems, ensuring efficient and accurate project tracking and reporting. Project Manager , about you: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. PMP certification would be advantageous. Proven experience in project management, demonstrating a successful track record in overseeing complex projects from inception to fruition. A sound grasp of project management principles, methodologies, and tools, coupled with the ability to employ best practices to deliver successful projects. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders, team members, and clients. Strong organisational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results. Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or similar tools. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, demonstrating a proactive, adaptable and agile approach to managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Knowledge of financial management and budgeting processes, with the capacity to track project costs, forecast expenditures, and optimise resource allocation. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project objectives and maintain a standard of excellence.
