What the role involves
- Manage/communicate with them in a timely manner.
- Act as the primary contact for customers during the executional phase of projects.
- Managing internal project kick off meetings to communicate and co-ordinate key project information to the engineering and operational departments.
- Record specific information relevant to the task and to ensure this is incorporated into the RAMS.
- Attend customer visits/site visits to measure.
- Ensure all necessary requirements are recorded and documented.
Skills and requirements
- Previous experience in the commercial management of projects within the Specialist Transport, Heavy Lifting or Civil Engineering sectors.
- Ability to manage several projects concurrently and prioritise tasks.
- Resilient and able to work under pressure, often to tight project windows and customer deadlines.
- Full Driving licence.
