Location: Exeter / Devon
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Technical Training + Training into Biomass Industry + Career development / Progression + Flexitime after 6 months + Employee Welfare Benefits Package + Increasing Holiday Allowance + Pension + Future Progression in other Renewables

This company specializes in biomass boilers, offering full solutions to customers including design, installation, and maintenance. They work across the UK on domestic and commercial properties, being market leaders with an excellent reputation. They are also moving into new renewable energy technologies.
In this role, you will:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including commercial and domestic installation and maintenance services of biomass boilers. Oversee the full project lifecycle from planning, design to completion. Help uphold the company's industry-leading status through effective and proactive project management. Participate in technical design and become a specialist after training.
The Candidate: Experienced in Project Management / Coordination, with a track record of managing multiple complex projects. Open to candidates from various backgrounds, such as construction, agricultural, M&E, as technical training will be provided. Willing to stay away up to 4 nights a month, fully expensed. Driven by training, personal and career progression within the renewable energy market.
