Project Consultant (Testing Strategy and Capability) - 3-6 months Inside IR35 (Hybrid). Please note, you will be required to work onsite in Central London or Manchester 1-2 days per week. You will work with one of our key clients, one of the world's leading providers of Integrated Supply Solutions to manufacturing industries for the provision of MRO (indirect) products. Their portfolio consists of Procurement Services, Transactional Processing, Stores Management and Inventory Optimisation enabled by industry leading digital platforms. They deliver world-class results to world-class companies in industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Foods, Beverage, Automotive and Aerospace. YOU WILL North Highland has been asked to support their testing capability as they prepare for a large go-live in Q1. They have asked NH to focus on performance testing initially but the role will develop to focus on their broader test capability. IDEALLY WE'D LIKE: Test Strategy experience Performance Testing experience Risk-based testing approach Proven experience in successfully managing end-to-end projects. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
