We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and committed candidate to apply for a Band 7 Project Manager post within the FYPCLDA Transformation and Business Team. The post holder will be responsible for a dynamic portfolio of projects within the area of performance, data quality, and IM&T. This will include but is not limited to improving data quality through embedding a robust data quality improvement plan and coordinating its ongoing monitoring and assurance, the Directorates delivery of requirements relating to the new waiting times matrix and community and mental health currencies, interface of IM&T developments and transformation with SNOMED coding and the Trusts SNOMED programme, and the delivery of an array of outcomes transformation. This post will be at the forefront of change and transformation being driven by new national healthcare policy and will be essential to providing assurance on the Directorate and Trusts local implementation. It provides an attractive opportunity for the right candidate to work on impactful projects across the Directorate and with interface to corporate and enabling teams. The post-holder will be responsible for coordinating the Directorate response to, and delivery of, Trust-wide projects as outlined in their portfolio under the leadership of the Deputy Business Manager. Main duties of the job

In line with the job advert, as Project Manager in the Transformation and Business Team in FYPCLDA, the post holder will be a member of the FYPCLDA Project Team working on a portfolio of projects (as outlined in the job advert and determined in accordance with Team and Directorate need), who have a focus on managing and delivering service improvement initiatives and projects across the Directorate. The role will be responsible for supporting the Deputy Business Manager and Head of Transformation and Business Development to drive service transformation and improvement which provides best clinical outcomes for service users, the most effective ways of working for staff, and value for money. The Project Manager will be accountable for a varied portfolio of service improvement projects within the FYPCLDA Directorate and will work with colleagues across the Directorate, Organisation, and the wider healthcare system to design and deliver them. The post-holder will be expected to focus on: Driving transformational changes within services across the Directorate Working closely with colleagues across the wider healthcare system to bring about greater alignment and partnership working. The post-holder will be required to manage relationships with a wide number of stakeholders and actively engage them to work collaboratively and effectively towards common goals. About us
