About this role:
As the Project Manager you will see yourself leading all aspects from preconstruction, developing workable programmes, ensuring that the project is successfully delivered on time, within budget and providing visible leadership, direction and foresight while providing excellent customer satisfaction.
What we need from you:
Track record of managing a project team to reach completion within budget and to programme
Ability to interpret the requirements of the specification
Excellent stakeholder engagement and management
Ability to control contract costs and variations
Be able to provide direction, motivation and leadership
Hold relevant operational certifications including SMSTS, 1st Aid and CSCS card
Experience working in hospitals and NHS frameworks would be desirable
