As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the urban music business unit's touring pipeline. You will oversee the end-to-end management of UK and international tours, from building business plans and routing tours to ensuring successful on-sales and maximising profitability. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, the ability to build and nurture relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, and a deep passion for delivering world-class live events. You will work closely with artist teams, venues, and internal departments such as ticketing, marketing, and finance to ensure every show is a success. Exceptional organisational skills: the ability to manage multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail. You may have experience in one of the following roles: Promoter’s Assistant, Agent’s Assistant, Ticketing Manager, Tour Manager, Production Coordinator, Venue Booker, Operations Manager. What the role includes

Tour planning and management: oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of UK and international tours, including creating business plans, routing tours, overseeing on-sales, and assisting promoters to maximise profitability. Venue and show coordination: attend shows at venues as needed, working with tour representatives and venue teams to advance shows and ensure they run smoothly. Stakeholder management: build and maintain relationships with artist teams, venue teams, and internal departments, including ticketing, marketing, and finance, to ensure the success of each tour. Operational excellence: maintain a high level of organisation and accuracy across all aspects of the touring lifecycle, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders. Operational support: provide support on various operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the business unit. Touring expertise: develop a deep understanding of the full touring lifecycle, with the goal of independently managing large-scale arena and stadium tours. Equal Opportunities
