As the Account Manager/Programme Manager, your role will involve: Project Management and Planning Liaising with clients pre and post programme scheduling Diary Management Scheduling project work across the year Preparing materials for L&D Compiling and summarising post programme feedback documents Working with the team on creating, planning and executing proposals and identifying new business within your own client portfolio Overseeing sales forecasts Ensuring expenses are captured Preparing invoices Supporting with marketing campaigns, ensuring the CRM system is up to date General administration
Person Profile: This role would suit someone such as a project manager/events manager from a commercial environment. A team player who can work independently to high standards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Passion for customer service and high energy. Proactive with a consultative approach. Organised, calm, and methodical during stressful periods.
