Project Manager/Employer’s Agent Location: Bournemouth/South Central
Salary: competitive based upon experience and qualifications + benefits We are looking for a Project Manager and experienced CA/EA to join our central south major works team, ideally with a minimum of five years of practical experience in similar position(s). Our projects are primarily (but by no means exclusively) façade remedial works with project values between £1m-£20m. Those are primarily let under JCT D&B contracts, and our employers range from national developers and government departments to freeholders. The varied role requires the ability to simultaneously manage a number of live projects at differing stages and to identify and plan for new work as required. The role will be client facing with responsibility for further developing the existing client base and relationships. Ideally, the candidate will be technically strong (i.e., a good understanding of building construction techniques as well as management competence) and will be comfortable with client relationship management at all levels, as well as managing the delivery of workloads within the office and the existing team.
