JR Civil is on the lookout for a dynamic Project Manager/Estimator who is eager to excel in a dual role that combines project oversight with precise estimating. If you're passionate about leading teams and ensuring the successful delivery of civil construction projects, we want you on our team! Key Responsibilities:

Develop accurate cost estimates based on project specifications and plans. Manage and oversee construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timeliness. Support and mentor the on-ground team, addressing challenges and fostering a positive work environment. Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Project Manager and Estimator in civil construction. Strong analytical skills for accurate estimation and budgeting. Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively support your team. Remuneration:
