This role is with a growing GC/Civil Construction Company that is making significant strides in the Demolition space. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in site development, civil, excavation, and demolition projects within the State and Federal space. The company uses Sage and Bit-to-Win for estimating. Responsibilities Manage and estimate projects related to site development, civil, excavation, and demolition. Coordinate projects from inception to completion, ensuring all project goals are met. Prepare budgets, bids, and scopes of work for various projects. Utilize Sage and Bit-to-Win software for project estimation. Supervise the installation of underground structures and pipes. Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations and standards. Essential Skills 7+ years of experience in project management and estimation in civil, site work, commercial construction. Proficiency in Sage and Bit-to-Win estimating software. Experience in general construction, site-work excavation, and demolition. Strong project coordination, budgeting, and bidding skills. Ability to manage and supervise the installation of underground structures and pipes. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with HDPE supply and installation. Knowledge of working within State and Federal government projects. Work Environment The position is based in Liverpool, NY. The company offers a competitive benefits package including profit sharing, 2 weeks vacation, $55 monthly cell phone allowance, and a Safe Harbor 401K match.
