About THE COMPANY: This charity is a five-year, locally-led programme aiming to end all forms of homelessness, making it rare, brief, and unrepeated. Inspired by international success and UK innovations, they are working with six flagship locations, providing them with the tools, space, and partnerships to prevent and end homelessness. By the end of the five years, their locations will be on a path to ending homelessness for good. And they are now looking for a project officer to play a key role in coordinating and helping deliver the programme in Aberdeen. About the Role: The Project Officer will work to the Head of Local Delivery and alongside Local Delivery Leads to ensure that each coalition is effective, accountable and successful in the delivery of their local action plans. This role is perfect for someone looking to develop their proficiency in project management, place-based programme delivery as well as experience in the charity sector. As part of this, you will be: Monitoring local action plans, ensuring risks, dependencies, and actions are identified, tracked, and resolved. Be a key point of contact on the programmes approach to Lived Experience participation. Organising meetings and events, including preparing agendas, managing logistics, and producing updates or reports. Promoting a strong team ethos and collaborative ways of working both within the programme team and wider organisation. Building and maintaining relationships with appropriate internal and external stakeholders. You will love this job if you: Enjoy taking on challenges and having the responsibility for solving them.
