Job Opportunity: Project Officer
We have an urgent requirement for a Project Officer to start ASAP on an initial contract until the end of March. This will be hybrid working with either 2 days a week onsite in Exeter or the flexibility to travel to site to support meetings and workshops. The Project Officer will play a crucial role within the Transformation Team, facilitating seamless operations related to meetings and workshops. This position is responsible for supporting pre-work, facilitating sessions, and following up on outcomes, while acting as a key point of contact for various programme-related matters. Essential Skills and Experience
Significant administrative or relevant experience including initiating and maintaining office systems. Experience in dealing with sensitive and confidential information. Knowledge or experience of minute taking or note taking skills. Intermediate knowledge of IT systems and software programmes such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. Project management qualification or equivalent experience. Knowledge of NHS issues. (desirable) Understanding of Data Protection Act (desirable). LA International
