Project Planner


Turner Lovell are recruiting for an experienced P6 Project Planner.


Our client is a leading engineering & manufacturing company at the forefront of power conversion and electrification of the world's energy infrastructure. They produce electrical and mechanical equipment for industrial, marine and renewable energy applications.


In this role, you will work on large-scale complex Industrial and Commercial Marine projects. You'll be responsible for creating and managing project schedules to minimize risks and ensure (OTD) on-time delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules from start to completion
  • Create schedules for bid work, coordinating with bid managers and suppliers
  • Monitor progress and produce reports for internal and external use
  • Identify potential schedule issues and propose solutions
  • Support Project Managers in meetings and presentations

Requirements:

  • Experience in engineering or project planning roles across the Industrial or Commercial Marine sectors.
  • Knowledge of Primavera P6 Project Planning
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Office suite, especially Excel
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects and priorities
  • British citizenship with a valid British passport (no dual citizenship)
  • Experience in team collaboration and coaching
  • Advanced scheduling skills (e.g., critical path analysis, cost loading)
