Job Description:
This role will support the roll out and continued delivery of the new Issue Management toolset within our client and across the entire user base. Typically, this will involve the planning, co-ordination and implementation of specific workstreams within the project remit ensuring all is communicated effectively to the user base.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Delivery of workstreams within the project based on highest priority needs.
Working with key Stakeholders and userbase feedback requests to make impactful toolset updates.
Act as a key support contact for the entire user base to direct or solve any issues they may have.
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external users to our client.
Develop and maintain communication strategies to both key Stakeholders and wider user base.
Create, deploy and maintain process documents based on new toolsets and agile methodology.
Use lean project management principles in order to develop more effective and efficient ways of working.
Key Performance Indicators:
Transition from Legacy Issue Management System and processes for all Programmes and relevant users across our client.
Toolset continual updates to improve the user experience and maintain compliance with our client.
Managing corporate documents procedures.
Maintain stakeholder input and sign-off to all project activities.
Skills Required:
Experience in managing and influencing Stakeholders.
Good communication skills to be able to update the business on the current project position.
Experience in managing priorities on multiple request sources.
Experience Required:
Previous experience in a similar role in Project Management with track record of delivery.

Risk management with the ability to put in place the required interventions as and when required.
The ability to identify issues quickly and drive to resolution.
Experience Preferred:
Experience of project delivery in an Agile Methodology, tools and techniques.
Knowledge of the Jira toolset.
Experience of stakeholder management at all levels.
