£405.64 per day PAYE or £549.20 per day Limited paid via Umbrella Company inside IR35 Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Delivery Manager with strong delivery management skills who has worked on digital products. Responsibilities: Delivery Management of customer-facing products Delivery of Digital and Innovation elements of the Report It digital programme Working with three multi-disciplinary product mission teams including specialists in data, architecture, IoT, resident experience, research & design, and technology Joint responsibility for programme delivery alongside a second SDM Resourcing, team management, team culture, and cadence Ensuring a research/service design/data analysis pipeline Requirements: Highly experienced in agile ways of working Stakeholder Management (internal and external) Change Management Delivery management experience at a senior level Local government or relevant public sector experience Experience of working on complex, fast-paced resident-facing programmes Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Experience of working with large transformation services preferable Additional Information: Full-time, Hybrid requirement to be in the office as required (minimum once a week, likely to regularly require at least 1 additional day) Reports to Head of Delivery and Product in structure, matrix managed by the Chief Customer Experience Officer; however, the Head of Delivery and Product role is currently being recruited to, and so in the interim will report to Interim Chief Delivery and Engagement Officer.
